Train Like a Spartan Camp

Dear Wrestlers, Coaches, and Families,

We are excited to invite you to our University of Dubuque Spartan Weekend Camps this June! These camps are designed to sharpen your skills, enhance your mindset, and provide a one-of-a-kind training experience with NCAA Champions and College All-Americans from the University of Dubuque.

Camp Schedule:

Friday: Check-in at 6:00 PM | Session 1 at 7:00 PM
Saturday: Sessions at 8:00 AM, 11:00 AM, 3:00 PM, and 7:00 PM
Sunday: Final session at 8:00 AM | Check-out by 9:30-10:00 AM

What You’ll Learn:

Top collegiate & high school scoring attacks – Feet, top, and bottom positions
Mindset, leadership, and faith – Build a championship mindset on and off the mat
Train with UD college wrestlers – Live, eat, and compete on our campus
